expect during a home inspection...
We begin by inspecting the grounds of the property and the building exterior; the
interior inspection begins in the basement and finishes in the attic. Since no two
buildings are the same, a typical inspection takes approximately 2-3 hours to perform and
consists of a complete visual inspection of the major areas listed on our services page.
We recommend that you accompany Professional
Property Inspections at the time of the inspection so that we can verbally
explain the condition of each item being inspected. There will be plenty of time for you
to ask questions about the operation of the equipment and overall maintenance of the
building structure as well as other matters important to purchase or ownership.
A
detailed written follow-up report will be mailed within 24-hours. For future
reference, a copy of the report will remain on file in our office.
Our fee
for the inspection and any additional testing will be quoted prior to the
actual inspection.
Don't forget, we perform inspections seven days a week. This means that you
